have 3 electric pressure cookers (yes I am a show off) you put ingredients and stock in, turn the top dial to closed/ pressure, press the SOUP button and away you go, no hissing or rattling, end of cooking time it beeps and changes to keep warm, you can either leave it to depressurise itself or flick the dial round to release it quicker.
when i first used one I didn't think it was working it was so quiet
must be easy to use even Hubby can use it
