well done Pixie, with all that's going on here at the mo my diet has gone out the window

I'll just have to spend a week in the wardrobe, If it can shrink my clothes it may well work on me ?

I'm very surprised that, after the pancakes, two takeaways, a birthday party and a 3 course meal out I've managed to lose 2 pounds!

How many pancakes did you have last night ?

I made pancakes with my GD and ate "a few". Later on I looked up how many Slimming World syns were in a pancake...suffice to say I had a week's worth of syns in one day

Sorry you have been unwell. I am feeling lees guilty as I have only put on 3lbs since I decided to lose weight!!!!
