Hi s2m. Sorry you're downhearted about not losing anything despite watching the calories and exercising. The book for the diet I was on said that stress causes you to put on weight (something to do with hormones) so I think you're doing very well to maintain your weight with all the stress you're under at the moment.

My weigh-in is planned for tomorrow () - haven't been quite so good this week so might try that tactic.

Ah well, will have to see what happens ....

nor me, i eat more when its hot and that's back to front should be the other way round, but its always been like that for me, anyway i haven't lost anything this week, i'm not very settled lately always stressing about my parents and other family issues, maybe i am at the weight that's good for me who knows , but i haven't moved on the scales for a few weeks , so i am downhearted about it, it seems unfair i am watching calories exercising and nothing happens

Did my weigh-in today - cue smug face - and am pleased to report that I have actually lost 2lbs!

2lbs off for me this week.

I am off on holiday for 2 weeks now so will have to see how that goes!!
