this video really works , i only rarely get sleep apnea now i used to stop breathing up to 100 during the night, my doctor said i just had to live with it , but i wasn't prepared to accept that and did some searching myself and found this and i can honestly say it works.

I sent the link to a friend today who has to use a machine to breath during the night and she is trying this method . I hope if anyone suffers snoring or sleep apnea you will give this a try and see for yourself .
