I thought world's most obnoxious pig title was reserved for Angela Knight

Wasn't that the title awarded to His Holiness "Sir" James Anderton who, as Chief Constable of the Greater Manchester Plods, claimed to have a hot line to his own, personal sky-fairy and who famously described HIV+ homosexualists as "swirling in a cesspit of their own making"? (link)
