    Re: ESA Appeals

I am a believer in that he will be judged on how well he looks after his people, and right now he aint doing a good job of that.

Today I was called a socialist by a commentator in that dirty rag The Sun lol my answer was that no longer is socialism a dirty word that is just perceived by those in Government as they go running scared.

We have gone from a democratic nation were citizens were everything after all they are the real drivers of the economy to a capitalistic state were people mean nothing as money is the king.

All in the pursuit of a bigger private sector and a smaller public sector and that is all very well and good only there is no sectors at all without the people using there spending power to buy the goods and services.

Austerity is not working and never will because no one has the spending power to create the growth needed to get us out of this mess.

Finally I have never known a government to create so much doom and gloom.

      Re: ESA Appeals

Greatly appreciated guys. I had seen the bits and pieces regards April - but had seen conflicting information - had seen a couple of posts the idea had been recinded. Obviously not.

Sooner we get the Socialist Conservative United Men or SCUM for short out of Downing Street, the better.

            Hi pompeyfaith

Your so kind, even although you have issues of your own with these bullies, you still find the time and energy to help others...as said before thats what makes this forum so special.

Most of time when hubby is so ill I find it hard to find time or have the concentration level, it also doesn't help that I not very computer/internet literate, I suppose its just a case of searching and searching.

The concerns we mostly have is that if and when we recieve forms and they refuse,(which it seems 99% of people are refused) do they stop all payments , DLA, Carers, Incapacity as if that is the case we certainly would lose our home.

I truely hope you have success in turing thier decision around, after reading some of your blog, can't understand how they could even imagine that you would be able to return to work, and how dare an MP try to make decisions or assumptions about your health status, who the hell do they think they are trying to diagnois without any medical eperience.

Thanks once again Pompy we shall wait for forms to arrive, which I suspect after the 1st April changes (is there anywhere I can see these changes)

Ideally keeping it public where possible so it helps others please.

But of course certain things can't be quite as public but try and not deal via pm from start to end as others will miss very useful info that way matey

              Cheers

                Miss Muddled,

As you can have read from my blog the dwp are very easy in getting them to cause maladministration and make things easier for you and me simply because they write these replies without checking records I am quite confident that I will get in the Support Group without the need to appeal because it is all working out nicely in that I will bring them around bit by bit.

They are in a mess and I mean a big mess, cutting staff levels too far and fast at a time when they need all the man power they can get because of the reforms you simple cannot cut the staff like they are and expect a bigger workload.

Universal Credit is in a mess and way of target to implement, Personal Independence Payment the replacement for DLA is behind indeed the list is endless and they expect to get it all on track with less staff.

The IT system that is meant to work out UC payments in real time will not be ready and thus it will be done manually using spreadsheets lol imagine the fuck ups there.

Just 3 weeks until April 1st

As you are awaiting the forms I would advise to grab this period of time to research and research, read up because it is a mindfield out there and far from the promise of making benefits easier to claim, it is worse on the legislation front.

ill post some good links this evening in DWP Thread.
