The Nationwide have separated the home insurance from the mortgage from the 1st April.

If they can do that now then they should have done it two years ago

You may need to point this out to them

Elsa - will do.

PlanB - They wrote and told me they were going to do this a few months ago. I'm thinking that this may be why they are acting on the underpayment now.
