Re: Cancelling CRA's clarification please
Just been to my branch and the advisor said she could not do it. I told her they have to. She said NO. Manager is on lunch. Have just come to an internet cafe to print this out, and heading back there in a few minutes She says maybe telephone banking can do it, but as I have given PDL's authority, they can't do anything. Just goes to show how many people in banks are not up to date with current legislation.
