    Thank you for that. I've attached it to my O2 complaint about the removal of free text messages when abroad from my daughter's iphone contract relying on an unfair clause which says they can.

    See, AAD has many benefits for us all besides solving bog standard debt problems

      Well well well.

      Letter today - Cahoot didnt calculate the redress on my complaint properly BOOOOOOO!!!

      BUT,

      Its positive - they owe me ANOTHER £500 and are giving me a further £50 for the "inconvenience"!! YIPPEE

      So now have had a refund of nearly 3.5K and my outstanding balance is just over £300! - be able to clear that in a week with this new job!!
