Just received them this morning, there's no further info on the insurer, however as I said before I already have the details of them. What is interesting is the PPI part of the form that I signed had already had my name filled in (not in my writing) by the rep from Purple Loans, which goes along with my recollection of "Ok to complete the loan sign here, here, and here" etc i.e. if you want the loan this is where you need to sign.

I don't recall any discussion about it and we needed the money so went along with what was put in front of us.

ps last night watched last weeks watchdog with Martin Lewis on it about PPI reclaiming, he makes it sound Oh so easy to get your hands on the billions the banks have set aside to pay out

I have put all the update details now over to the Hamilton thread, I wanted to keep it separate at first, as it was and is still complexed but a few things have come to light since, thank you for asking and more on the thread here below.
