      Did you make a formal complaint about misrepresentation or something like that?

      What prompted you to open this account? Who 'sold' the product to you? Was it an advertisement or what?

        Looks like you are doing some tidying up of some loose ends

        this matter is nearly concluded.

        i got the idea for the card some while back from the Martin Lewes website. At that time it was being promoted as one of the better cards because it wouldn't cost you anything. i pressed the link that his website gave. As i was a Rec from ML thought it was bound to be OK, but ......

        from my communications with them, their view is that there is no free account available, no matter what i have that may state differently!
