Hi NW, the road we usually use is closed until after the weekend, however we took a back road to our 'alternative' beach. I believe the whole area was flooded earlier as the local council were clearing the road and car park. Strange, but the beach was empty so we all had a good play, no one went in the sea, despite the beast paddling in the streams .

Good morning, a bit breezy here! At present roads to the beach are closed so the dogs may have to miss their final beach walks .

Afternoon. Just had the most fantastic walk on an empty beach! Dogs ran and ran and we didn't have to panic .

been back on the roof and sealed a few new spots, so fingers crossed.

then the 'drip' may not be under the problem area, we had a problem with our flat roof and thought we knew where the leak was, wrong, the crack was 2 foot away from where we thought it was, the water had just found the weakest spot in the ceiling to get through.
