confusing you have a letter if claim from the courts form N1??????????????????

(if so any defence if at point of submission would state:- on such a date xxxx request for CCA accompanied with £1 postal oredr made - no response

any other CPR31.14 request no charge nothing received - outstanding requets.. must have a diary and factual info please.

??????Approx balance at default:- this format:-
    • Default -
    • Last payment:-
    • Status -
    • Debt Assigned to:-
    • Who are Owners of the alledged debt? DCA/Debt buyer

yes I did receive a LBC ….I stupidly ignored it thinking the debts were too old. I now know better.

I don’t have dates of the default or last payment dates. At least one of the debts may have been taken out in my name fraudulently .

I’ve answered some of the other stuff up thread but not lid it out well so it’s probably not apparent. I will try and find the diaries if these are more useful

    Three Debts to Hutchinson 3G
    One to Capital One.

All sold to Lowell and I am assuming they now own the debts.

Subject Access (SAR) - Typical Request adjust removing £10 payment as not needed also they have 30 days now to respond. send get proof posting keep copy on file. that should give you an idea what they hold on information. I suggest.
