Kearns Solicitors share the same building address as Link Financial, and their company filings show LF Outsourcing Holdings Limited as a "person with significant control". Their Annual Report shows LF Outsourcing Holdings Limited as their parent company. It would seem they are in-house solicitors for Link Financial.
With the amount on the account they have an interest in scaring you into paying, or possibly even taking it to court (but that would be a little way down the line).
In view of Tesco declining your CCA request in 2020, I would get off a Subject Access Request to them (Tesco) without delay (they have one month in which to produce the information) ask for all information they hold on you. Find out if they can produce the documents needed to prove the debt at court.
