    With your SAR to Lloyds I suggest you request all data - don't limited it to your credit card which is being pursued by PRA. It's best not to let them know what you'e focusing on.

        You don't want to do anything hasty which could sabotage your chances of successfully defeating a claim if issued.

        You have 30 days to respond. What is the date on the Letter of Claim?

          The acknowledge and answer date for the letter is 25th Sept.
