Arrow Global will expand its European footprint with the acquisition of a platform and loan book in the Netherlands, as part of a five-year specialist servicing contract. The new investment will see Arrow co-invest in the secured loan portfolio from a Dutch bank. This transaction will see Arrow partner with an existing strategic fund partner, CarVal Investors, to acquire the portfolio which comes from the real estate financing activities of RNHB Hypotheekbank.....Read more here
