Stop trying to pretend that you are all young

In a time not so many years ago, the JY prog on radio 2 had both a beagle and a eagle who used to appear on alternate weeks if memory serves and answer listeners questions and give advice . So for many of you that say 'but I'm not old enough to remember that - I say liar

I remember my mother switching it on, and I remember switching him off !!

I remember entering Cincinnati arrivals lounge and being trapped by a beagle. I had a bag in my pocket that had had a ham sandwich in it. Shoved into pocket at Heathrow as alternative to throwing on floor. Was frogmarched to Food Police and had passport stamped 'stupid disease carrier' code. Glad it wasn't a eagle pawing at me.
