I'm feeling a bit left out here.
No 'Notice of Assignment' from MKDP to Hoist for my two MKDP accounts.
Maybe that's because their preferred method of communication was to issue me with two County Court Summons on the same day at the end of last year
Anyway, the first one (Small Claims Court) was dismissed and they were ordered to pay my train fare to and from the court hearing (I love that DJ
).
The second claim (Fast Track) is working it's way slowly through the system. I'm not losing any sleep over that one either.

Hi All
i' like to join the club as well if i may. Got the same letter through. Only difference was mine was not originally a BC, but a Morgan Stanley Witter whatsit back in 06, then Goldfish took it over, then finally BC.

forgot to update in here. I have 2 Barclays that are now with this lot. got another letter today with an I&E form in it. I assume that I still ignore these.
