I don't quite understand the article.
Will Wayne and Waynetta Slobb have access to the files or specific members of the public services?
Are they to make all recorded CCJs ever available in the transfer?
Or will any over 6 years be culled?
Currently a CCJ may be indicated on the spreadsheet of unfortunates purchased by the likes of Cabot Inc, but they must search to find the court, the details etc unless you give them the info.
Can they just pass the afternoon looking at these records and hone their spear?
