Letter from Credit Solutions 6th August threatening legal proceedings as per the list of events on the first page of this thread here.

They've already received a Sold in Dispute letter but haven't replied to it.

What should I send next?

28th August - reply from credit solutions re dispute.

They are asking if I have received any documentation from BCard since I made the CCA request and also if I have paid the £1 fee.

They also go on to say that if they don't hear from me then they'll resume collection activities.

Given the barefaced cheek of them in asking me to do their dirty work is there a nice template letter to reply with? Or just ignore.

Worth scanning the letter and posting the image?

I personaly, would ignore CSL, they are a dim witted company with no teeth

let them do their own dirty work, wait for the next silly letter from them and see what they say,

I put in a complaint to OFT about their and Barcls behaviour, threatening letters and the amount of phone calls,

I got a letter saying, they were sorry and the person responsable was no longer working for the company,

Barclays just said they had no control over how a company behaved once they had farmed out the debt translation, we dont give a shit

Just got a letter from Barclaycard informing me that they can't find the CCA agreement documentation for this account.

I'm weeping.

Letter from Barclaycard informing me that 'the above account was assigned and transferred by Barclaycard to MKDP LLP....This means that the effective owners are now MKDP LLP'

Anything that could concern me? Does this mean that Barclaycard have flogged this lock, stock and barrel?

Barclaycard still haven't met my CCA request

MKDP, the new owners have been in touch. Have not responded as yet so they've set Keynes Collections on me (same group - Compello).

Latest letter from Keynes is headed Notice of Intended Legal Action. Latest activity here. Should I now send the "Letter Previously Confirming No CCA" and is it best to copy MKDP in as well?

Yes send that with a copy of the letter confirming no cca is available, to both MKDP & Keynes

If they're stupid enough to start action with a known outstanding s.78 then they deserve whatever they'll get (spanked)
