How did you find out?
What is the CCJ for?

Hi Niddy Mods,
Question if you suddenly find you have a ccj that you know nothing about ie given at an address you left 6 years before can this be set aside and negotiated.

LETTER 20/12/10 FROM MERCERS RECEIVED 05/01/11 DEFAULT NOTICE STILL NO CCA.
resolvecall asking for payment NO CCA RECIVED AS YET LETTER RECEIVED 6/1/11
letter from mercers pay or debt collectors may call no cca received as yet 24/2/11
Letter 10/3/2011 barclaycard cannot find cca will not enforce thru courts whilst this continues will continue to request payment (good luck with that).
Letter 1/2/14 from barclaycrap saying they have reported inaccurate data to the CRA and will enter a new default date and to pay up.( THEY CAN FUCK RIGHT OFF).
18/7/15 Statement received
15/10/15 Letter hoist taken over account list of payments options available to me(how thoughtful of them) will await further contact before responding.
27/5/16 Letter Rob Way 50% discount if I pay. Ignored.
28/9/16 solicitors threatning court LBA sent SD to arrive by 30/9 deadline.
15/10/16 Rob Way send £1 for cca request, printed will send next week.
20/10 cca sent to rob way.
;27/10 Letter rob way acc on hold whilst they get cca.
15/12/16 Letter RobWay not received anything fromBC yet will keep you informed.

01/02/17 Letter Rob Way still no reply from BC will keep me informed. 2 months needed.

The SB legal argument may depend on the DN remedy date not the DN issue date.

Believe it or not some people actually pay the arrears demanded so the account doesn't subsequently get defaulted.

have noticed I have default notices dated 2010 but recorded CRA as 4 months later? now this may become important as 1 of the CC debt is being chased SB regarding last payment but as I said 2 default dates

The SB legal argument may depend on the DN remedy date not the DN issue date.

Believe it or not some people actually pay the arrears demanded so the account doesn't subsequently get defaulted.

It's the default notice date that possibly matters regarding SB not the CRA default so you've nothing to worry about.

Just been checking my paperwork and have noticed I have default notices dated 2010 but recorded CRA as 4 months later? now this may become important as 1 of the CC debt is being chased SB regarding last payment but as I said 2 default dates.

Its that feeling when you just go YES I did it,with the help of AAD of course,but you feel when you start it will never happen but as more people join others are reaching the end.

There's some discussion about whether SB starts from the date of the last missed payment or the date of the DN. Whichever it is, you're reaching the end of the tunnel which, if you were like me, you thought was nigh on impossible six years ago.

Yes I have read a lot on cause of action ect so it maybe that some may say default some not, but being chased by debt collectors 6 months before starting my journey may prove me correct (hopefully) but no SB letters being printed yet.

well done, just stick under the radar for another wee while and hopefully you will be home free. We are now (over a year past SB), done still get one letter every month from Robbers Way which we kindly ignore. It's a huge load lifted for sure!

It is now 6years and 1month at least since I started my journey so hopefully SB has arrived.

Hi Everyone,
Parking eye FINE,
Visited a hospital 250 miles from where we live stayed 35 minutes on leaving paid the minimum payment £2 and left. 2 weeks later received parking fine £70 Departure time according to them 14.43, according to the ticket we purchased on the way back to car 14.38 ( I know who keeps a parking ticket, it was in my suit pocket) I believe this shows what a bunch of thieves this company are. Their clocks are obviously set to con people.

Parking eye have cancelled the charge, of course they have thieving bastards, all the people they must con who do not keep their tickets for 2 weeks.
