ive got a pretty nasty throat infection at the mo, so im crashed out feeling sorry for myself at the moment

i just wanted you to look over the recons i have from cabot to see if they are up to scratch, I have sent a pm to Paul earlier regarding this, and hope to use his firm to answer for me.

If the 2 recons I have, recon from 2007 states £12 late payment charge recon from 2001 states nothing about late charges but they charge £25 for late payment on a statement is that a breach?

Have you sent Paul the docs? If not, I would look at doing so (ask him first of course) as he's the best to clarify in this situation.....

If he's too busy etc then sure I will look for you

I just dealt with Cabot on another forum for a client, lets say the matter was swiftly concluded and the costs were dealt with too.

Citi have real difficulties it seems with their documents

No not rude at all, around £2600ish I have about !!! with cabot but they are concentrating on this one, am going to send niddy copies of there recons for xtra comfort just to confirm, then if it is ok will engage Pauls firm to take this on as there is probably £10000 worth at stake so intend to let them know I will fight back.

Helmsman. I've been following your diary and it was all go so well with only Cabot being stubborn as usual. They either don't understand or don't want to understand the legal concept of UE Is it rude to ask the balance outstanding on the Citi account ?

ps I originally listed totals outstanding then decided to remove in case dcas connected, although if they had any sense they probably connected anyway.
