We're they not also in breach of s.78 prior to starting action?

ie these documents, when did you first get them (or reply to your cca request from 2010)?

Requested cca 11/10/10 received docs 15/3/11 have been fending them off since with suggested templates. ps all documented bottom of page 1 on diary.

Helmsman can you do me a favour and check the first agreement that you were sent please and make sure that there is nothing that says the rate of interest, i just want to make sure ive not missed something but it does seem to me that there is no rate of interest there at alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

Wheres the interest rate on the first set of terms? i see an APR but APR is not interest!!!

They sent statements starting Oct 2004 also late payment charge of £25 dec 04. Definately after 1995 more like 2000
