Letter from Moroncroft re smaller Barclaycard ( for which I have never received other than blank T&C's)
' We assume by now that our Client have satisfied your request for the Documentation ( that would be the CCA that I requested from you, you mupppets and had to send a Threatogram Letter about ) and that you will now contact us to discuss repayment'....
Erm, I think not ! No, they haven't and no, I won't and shouldn't you Morons be contacting YOUR Client about that ?

However, not being an ignorant git, like a Debt Collector, I will use their letter as a Template and reply thus...

"I write with regard to the recent (6 March 2012 ) request for a Copy of any Credit Agreement for any Account under the Reference you have quoted in your letter of 24th April 2012 .

I trust that the lack of any Documents being received from your Client confirms the non-existence of any such Agreement and I write in order to request that you contact me to confirm this and agree that you will cease all collection activity forthwith.

Should you have an alternate view then please contact your Client to clarify the situation. In the meantime, should you need any further guidance on your responsibilities in this matter, then please feel free to contact me directly or refer to the Office of Fair Trading.

In the future, I feel you may need to review the use of the term 'We trust that....' and follow it with an assumption, this can only lead you into all sorts of problems in such a difficult area of Law. Surely you people, even with your limited intelligence , can see that.

I can confirm, however, that I will not be responding to any further correspondence from yourselves until such time as your Clients have fully complied with the request made to them both directly and via yourself.

Finally, you have 10 days in which to confirm that the £1 Statutory Fee that I sent with the Original Request on 6 March 2012 has been forwarded to your Client and not, as your letter of 14 March 2012 indicates, been taken as a payment. This, as you know ( or should do..... there I go, you've got me at it now, making assumptions!)is not allowed and would be brought up in any future Complaint which could be made if you fail to work within your responsibilities"

Robinson Wa*k now administering the AA CCrd ( from Blair Orrible and S*it )..... but they haven't got the AA Loan which was/is still with BOS.

Told them that I am still talking with BOS as BOS have made a nice offer to me ( not that I'm taking it) and until such time as those negotiations have been confirmed as closed or accepted then I won't be communicating with RW as postage is so expensive ( and they are a bunch of twats ).

Re #117. I love it when a DCA/Bank thinks you are being helpful and compliant.....agreed £8 per month with a 6 month review on the AA Loan and CC. These are the only enforceables I have got and this will keep them out of the way until I go !

Also, got the usual blank T&C's from Barclaycard ( on a £1200 debt administered by Moroncroft ), will be photocopying them and sending back the originals along with a note explaining that they seem to have sent me them in error and , as I am not a collector of Barclaycard Terms and Conditions ( past and present ), they are of no use to me. Let them work it out ...

A small , £53, bill is being chased by 3 using a DCA ( not putting name up to avoid searches ). Because 3 had an 'attitude' about finishing the Contract early, which I have had since 3 were formed, I have an 'attitude' about this bill. They kept sending it to an adress with the wrong cottage name on it so I returned it each time as 'no such address'. Now this bunch of monkeys, S** Recoveries, have sent it to an adress using the name of a cottage that doesn't exist..... do they think that I'm going to respond to that?

Returned from Portugal to letters from Drake Finance threatening Court ( yeah, right ) and a letter from the College that provided the Course that the Finance was for. The debt is on hold ( £586 ) with a good CCA, but I am trying to make complaint to the College.
The letter from the GM at the College said that he was 'slightly perplexed' that I had asked for his Complaints Procedure...... it's taken him 6 weeks to get 'slightly perplexed'? Good to see that the College is living up to its 'support' promises.

                  Written again...keep bumping it along.

...oh, and the Default Notice that the Finance Co sent only gave me 7 days

                    Hi Pepe
we have also received today, a letter from Barcs sying they cannot comply with hubbys CCA , so cannot enforce.
we lookforward to the other 3 so it will save on copying costs when we sent them on to the DCAs that buy the lemon

                    best wishes NW

MOroncroft seem to be convinced that my second Bcard is a goer, even though I have only had blank T&Cs.....wonder how long it would take for them to realize if I did a little 'editing' with the copier and changed the Account Number on the letter from Bcard ( referring to the first Account ) confirming non-existence of CCA and therefore no enforcement ... hmmm?

Have sent my 'reconstituted' letter to Moroncroft along with a covering letter which says, in effect, 'here is some correspondence that I have received from Bcard' ... which it is, it may not be the actual letter I received but it is a more accurate version of a 'reconstituted document' than the twaddle that Bcard sent me.... i.e it HAS been formed from ACTUAL documents ACTUALLY TO HAND.

When they send me their shirty reply I shall point out the above to them.

Hey, if its gonna cost 60p, it's got to be worth it...

                              Covering letter reads,...
I reply to your letter of ... made under Your Reference ...

I have indeed received some correspondence from your Client.

I enclose, for your perusal, an example from such paperwork received by myself from your Client.

It is not a copy of the whole document but I believe it bears enough information for you to resolve this matter by returning the 'File' to your Client.

.... that should be non-commital enough.

                                Is this a record ?

Calder Financial 31/5 'We are now looking after your Bcard'....1/6 'since you haven't agreed a repayment plan Bcard are going to sell your Account.....ring now to prevent this!'

What a waste of postage ! Especially as Bcard have already admitted to not having a CCA.

...thats all that has been in the post for ages , from anyone.
