Afternoon all. Bored cos nobody wants to write me letters...

Have sent a scan of Crapquests apology to Niddy.

This was given after a Complaint of harrassment after only being able to provide blank Barclaycard T&Cs. Everybody gets those, so fight them all the way.

Haha - that cop-out from CrapQuest is so similar to mine, regards their refusal to pay costs - well they may think they're home and dry but they aint seen nuffin yet

Yep, I gave them fair warning and they just carried on. I'll send them a Statement at the end of the Month. They will then have 14 days.

whatever you do, do not start action though as you will lose that fight - the way I am playing it is via FOS. Make the threat, give them 8 weeks to hang themselves then get a complaint in, that way no matter what I know they're hit with a £500 levy per complaint.

My Complaints

1. Unlawful threats, harassment and hassle
2. Derogatory data on CRA's
3. Chasing the wrong person for a debt they know is not owed
4. Unlawful charges applied to a debt that isn't mine
5 & 6 - Awaiting legal answer.

Oh yea, I also have various non-linked complaints that should hike this up to maybe £2-3k in mediation fees. Point is, whether I get the cash or the FOS, I aint bothered so long as they have to write a bloody cheque

Afternoon. I have a DN received today 2nd Class post ( from my smallest Creditor ,£586, ) .Its dated 24.1.12 and gives a remedy date of BEFORE 6.2.12.

I make BEFORE as being 5.2.12 as being only 12 days anyway.

I also question the use of 2nd Class postage, I have the envelope with a postmark of 24.1.12 07:33 Gatwick . They must have run bloody quick from Brighton to get it in the Gatwick Sorting Office by that time in the morning of the day they say it was issued?

If 2 days are allowed for delivery, I make it 10 'clear days', nt allowing for return postage.

Is it better to tell them that they have issued a defective Notice or just to let it go and wait and see what their next move would be.

They have not threatened me with the issue of a DN at any time. I have the Original CCA, but I have not requested it from them. A CCA request required, just in case? I think it is.

Any answers gladly received.

Also, as it was for a Loan for a Course, which I abandoned after one of the eight section and they, at no time, offered me any Support ( for which they said they were proud of and was one of the main reasons for choosing them ) I am going to make a Formal Complaint to them about this. Lock and Load and let them have the lot?

Have so far prepared Formal Complaint re Course not fulfilling promises.

Also to DRake Finance for failing to follow OFT Guidelines ( this is partly due to the , I am sure now, bad DN and lack of a Threat of DN, but not specifically mentioning it.

CCA request also prepared. I have Original.....but do they?

Just need to know if I should send something specific regards DN?

What is the reason for complaint, ie this course - if you just quit you can't get a refund as such. So it'd need be a good reason like the course was showing me how to make buns when I signed up to a joinery course

So why did you stop/quit and what's your reason for formal complaint?

Main reason for choosing them was the 'ongoing support and encouragement' provided by their Tutors. Received none at all at any point. Just delaying stuff really, you know me, if you can't find a legitimate reason to be a pain....make some up. Nothing in the post yet, just ready to go if needed.

As for complainng to Drake, lets see if they follow a correct Complaints Procedure! I have received absolutely no information from them about 'where to go for help' etc, the usual Leaflet that creditors send out with an Arrears Notice for example. Can't remember where its from?

Just phoned a bunch of scum called DVSL.

They have contacted my Son at the address he lives at with his Girlfriend with the old cock and bull story of needing to deliver something to me.....

THey are part of Crapquest, I have just pohoned them with my number hidden....and I may just have disgraced myself by using up most of the profanities I know

Anyone else had dealings with these tossers. He mentioned it was for Crapital One. Told hime to f*** off as they are in Default of CCA anyway.

Told him how much distress my Son and his Girlfriend were in after his poking his nose where it wasnt required...cheers Experian!

Found out how, and why, the scum at DVSL came to speak to my Sons, Girlfriends Father!
Evidently their Client ( who I now know to be Crapital 1 ) got returned mail from an old adress,
They did an Experian link and got my Sons address.
They then got the phone number for that address ( which IS NOT in his name!) and when HE spoke to them they mentioned Experian etc......this would obviously ring alarm bells with my Son that there is something wrong moneywise?
Need to think about this one and launch something at this bunch.

Any pointers would be helpful.

In the meantime, they could be getting a lot of phone traffic from me.

Ooooh lovely ! Text received from my Son, forwarding a copy of the TXT that Crapquest sent to HIM.
They know he is not me cos he spoke to them.
They won't speak to me without answering Security Q's because of Data Protection......scuse me while I change my underwear !
