Re: Pepe2008 Heading for the Sun!

    Todays fan-letters..

MBNA Notice of Arrears but already admitted that they won't be able to provide a CCA.....IGNORE

AA Loan. Good CCA , I knew it was anyway. IGNORE anyway.
Interestingly, in the Terms, it mentions 'amount payable in early settlement' and gives examples at 25%, 50% and 75% of the Term. There is no mention of the Account having to be up to date and the amount Quoted for the 75% of Term setllement date is less than half of what I owe....It is now past that date, hmmmmm ( not that I intend to give them anything

Re: Pepe2008 Heading for the Sun!

Oh, hang on. AA Loan, T&Cs, Data Protection Notice and my Personal Data are on an almost unreadable separate page to the signed page with the KFI.

Maybe I send it to Niddy?

Letters from Crapital One CC and Barclaycard ( ex M/St ) 'looking into it, give us 28 days'. Nothing to do with those for now.

          Bit of assistance required here.

Would like to Email copy of CCA for NIddys opinion, unfortunately it wont allow me to use the 'Email CCA' link.
Is there an adress I can use directly ? Ta

Re: Pepe2008 Heading for the Sun!

                Todays fan mail.
Crapquest ( Bcard ) 'on hold'
Capital 1, 13 day old letter which precedes the last one by a week and is entitrely contradictory to the one received yesterday which said 'give us 28 days' FFS! As a paper-trail, that works just fine for me.
AA CC. CCA received, send to Niddy
RBS ( Style) usual crap about blank sig boxes, reconstituted Agreements etc etc. Ignoring them until they eventually send the file elsewhere and then we'll start all over again.

Re: Pepe2008 Heading for the Sun!

Today, from MBNA, we have a Default Notice and a 'pay up or we'll sell your Account to the lowlife' letter.

Followed by another one dated the day after saying 'you can keep paying your monthly payment that you used to do and we won't charge you any interest'.

This would be for the Account that you admit you have no CCA for then?

If thats the official DN (s.87 / s.88 CCA) then keep it safe with the envelope - does it give a clear 14 days remedy period?

Letter from Crapquest saying that they are returning the Account to Bcard.
Also they wont be paying the Invoices I sent them ( at £65 a letter ) for dealing with their letters as 'we have not expressly accepted your (my ) Terms in writing . We'll see about that ....

Ahh see the niddy v capquest thread in consumer complaints section.

They refused to pay my charges as well. I'll be issuing court papers shortly - as well as for the libel - watch this space.

Will read very carefully . Cheers Niddy. They dropped me like a hot stone as soon as I filed a Formal Complaint with them.

If I get time I'll scan the Letter to you.

Afternoon all. Bored cos nobody wants to write me letters...

Have sent a scan of Crapquests apology to Niddy.

This was given after a Complaint of harrassment after only being able to provide blank Barclaycard T&Cs. Everybody gets those, so fight them all the way.

Sent blistering letter to T Mobile as they have come up with yet another amount after telling me the Final Balance following wiping the 'Penalty Fee' they tried charging for ending the Contract early. Seem to have found another £41 ! Their last letter was absolutely clear that the amount given was a Final Settlement.

Told them that I would start charging for correspondence as the Account had clearly been settled. Gave them a Schedule and a time limit by which to refuse these Terms....or just go away and die.

Moorcroft were collecting for them, I do hope they try and play
