          Hi Susan

Just read through your diary. Can you please confirm where you have a current account, this is important as you may need to open a new account. This is because banks can take money out of your account if you have other debts with the same bank.

Jan 2012 letter stating that they cannot locate the original CCA, but im still getting harrasment letters and calls from all unsundry what do I send now please ??
letter states that they cannot persue through courts but still may take such actions as legally permitted to recover the outstanding debt
This is good news, it is until they satisfy your CCA request. Keep that letter very safe.

Who is writing to you about this now ? Is it still Natwest or a Debt Collection Agency, DCA ??

Let us know and we will suggest what to send next.

Hi Susan, when you update could you check how others do their updates in the other UE Diaries, easier for Nid to read rather than going back to your page 1.

                Thank you

23.06.12 I sent them an illegiable letter and they ignored it and today I have recieved an intention of litigation letter, I cant settle with them and I read the littigation letter in templates and it didnt seem the right letter could someone please point me in the right direction as to what to send now. They have resent the documents in slightly better condition and I can only offer them £1 a month at the moment as my priority debts superceed their need unfortunalty :-)
