Hi pixie,

Was waiting for Niddy so no didnt send any, thought the blackhorse was too new, should i negotiate a payment for that one ? Will send out CCA's to the rest just trying to find dates for the store cards will update shortly.

Don't worry Sarah, I have a permanent problem with interposing letters and things. The left hand works slower than the right.

I would wait a little longer before doing anything about the Blackhorse thing if they are not getting too heavy at the moment. That is so you can get a complete picture of the situation. Once the replies are in to the others we can look more seriously at the situation.

You can check the start date of the store cards by checking your credit report. Both store cards search and report to Equifax and Experian so it's up to you which you use. You can get your statutory report for £2 allaboutFORUMS - View Single Post - All About Credit Reference Agencies CIFAS

Stop making payments even to the Black Horse loan, send off the cca requests (not forgetting to sign digitally and post recorded delivery) and let us know when you get anything back. Don't forget to make a note of the date you receive any letters and staple the envelope to the letter.

Did you have PPI with any of the cards/loans?
