Not sure where you're upto as I've missed a couple of updates.

Can you edit your last past and include any questions/updates from your post before that on 16th that are still outstanding. Sorry matey. Just been busy so missed this (pm and nudge me)!
Thats about it / up-to-date for now at least boss.

So your update from 16th re M&S / HBOS etc - what have you done or do you need a response? If you need a response include it in your last post please as I don't want to answer something 2wks old

If you've responded please update post from 16th with a small update in red.

Thanks mate. Will reply first thing. I know you're around early usually so will catch you then. I'll be here 5ish

In response to my last letter - Application form received - They have sent me a copy of my signed acceptance form saying that they have now answered all my concerns etc etc.

They have put my account on hols for a further 28 days to allow me to respond.

Any ideas what / how I should respond to this or I am stuffed

Letter recieved from HL Solicitors on behalf of Apex credit - advising me of legal action if I do not pay up in full within the next 7 days (letter dated 25th & received today the 30th)

Has any one had any dealings with this lot?

Not sure how to respond to this - other than the threat of legal action templated ,but it wont get there in time unless I send it SD.

This account has also 'sone the rounds' - in response to all my previous CCA requests all that has ever been sent is some very plain (not even on a letter head') T&C's and an agreement. No application form,no signature.

Any pointers would be much appreciated as always.

When you click to edit post, just click on the 3rd drop-down menu at the top of the message box (the one with the capital A) and chose whatever colour font you want. The same goes when you want to use a different colour when posting. HTH

I'm not sure the multi-quote works when you're separating 2 quotes from the same post.

The way I do it (and there may be other ways)

* type
at the end of the first part you want to quote

and then type whatever you want to comment

* copy and paste the
bit from the first part of the quote to the beginning of the second part you want to quote (including the = name and the number)

got the same letter from Apex in January, and I chopped them off about their absolute rudeness at the beginning of the sold in dispute, they are absolute dumplings

Moorcroft have been hassling me over this and they have had the 'sold in dispute' and then 'application form recieved' templates to date...

Recieved a letter from them yesterday saying that there is clearly a difference of opinions between me and their client and that they therefore believe that the best course of action was for them to RETURN MY FILE TO THEIR CLIENT.

Letter received from APEX today (must be on their hit list) chasing this account.
Not heard from them before on this one so will send 'em off a 'sold in dispute template' with an added bit of sarcasam at the begining asking them how they expected me to respond to their letter 'within 5 days from the date of this letter' when I only recieved it 6 days sfter the date on the letter.

Update 8-8-12

Letter received from Apex dated 3/8/12 stating that I must respond / make payment within 78hrs - trouble is I didnt get the letter until PM on the 8/8/12.
They say that their client has instructed them to commence proceedings.legal action MAY be taken,legal costs MAY be incurred & my account MAY be passed to a 'recovery specialist' who will visit me at home...etc.

Not sure whether to drop a quick line refering them to my previous letter to which I still await their response and until such time as they do the account remains in dispute .....or.....send 'em the 'threat of lagel action' template.

Cheers
