          What I'd give for a letter like that! Don't lose the letter - make some copies of it right now and scan it into your computer.

                          at the start of this journey i owed
                          £52000.00 UNSECURED £5000.00 SECURED
                          £0000.00 secured debt as of 17/12/2010 fingers crossed
                          on 14/07/2012 i now have £32.000 unsecured and £15.000 unenforceable [thanks to niddy and aad ]
                          as of 17/03/13 its now £26K AND £15K UE
                          ITS COMING DOWN SLOWLY WHILE STILL ENJOYING MY LIFE

                            Just a quick update 24/2/2011:
                            Here we go again......
                            Received yet another letter from Moorcroft ,much the same as all the others that I have received from them recently- this time re my M&S account.
                            Not heard from anyone re this account for a while.
                            Will send them of the 'threat of legal action ' template and see what response that brings.
                            They have had a sold in dispute letter which resulted in yet another copy of the application form M&S.
