    Monument Card

Letter from Monument stating - "As you have failed to meet the terms of the CCA, the account is terminated and the debt is now being sold to CompuCredit International Ventures ("CCIV") a part of the CompuCredit group. We have been informed that CCIV will be placing your account debt with Circuit Financial Solutions ("Circuit") for recovery. One of their agents will contact you shortly to arrange the collection of the outstanding amount".

Never heard of this lot before, But as I am going away in the next couple of days, I suppose I will have to wait until I return to see what they have planned for me

Absolutely not mate, not unless all my creditors are planning to gang up together on me to try an force my hand!

I just making the comparison that I have to be realistic and accept that from all the ones I am fighting (Because lets face it with the number of creditors and overall amount we are talking about,I must be one of your premier league players.. :red ) there will be a few that I will probably have to enter into payment negotiations with at some stage in the future. And the only way to walk away from the lot of them would be BR, but that route would be a disaster for me, in my position with the business and home ect.

    So we fight on.... rules....

Niddy, yes you are dead right, no use being to despondent if one or two eventually have me by the "goolies" so to say..
It would be naive and foolish of me If I thought I could wipe the lot out without going BR.

Lets face it the overall picture is looking a whole lot rosier for me than it was 6 months back...

    and thanks Niddy mate

It's a risk mate but hey, if one or two get you - so long as the majority don't that is the main thing right?

Unless you contact us within the next ten days collection activity will begin for recovery of the full amount.
Please do not ignore this letter or action may include legal action through the courts (I already have a letter from Halifax stating they are unable to enforce in court because they can't produce original CCA) Or we may refer your debt to a "Door Step Collection Agency" to carry out a collections visit at your home.

Not sure which template letter to respond with?
You photocopy the letter from HBOS confirming NO CCA and send it with this: ---> viewtopic.php?p=20195#p20195
