        Hiya - bloody hell its taken them almost 9 months to send a CCA (well the terms).....

        Just ignore their letter, it changes nuffin - just ignore and keep us updated...
        I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

          I know shocking!!!
          you did advise me at the start that it was enforcable but we could blag it i think this is the second time they have sent over the terms and conditions. Will just tell her to ignore now until any further corespondance comes through the post

                shall i send the account whilst sold letter?

                  Mum got a letter today saying that they are no longer dealing with the account and its gone back to Barclaycard. but as you can see from my previous post she has not got a letter from Westcot

                    You ignore it, obviously Wescot wrote confirming they've returned it so why would you now write to them? Let things settle and until we know for sure who owns it, best left alone.....

                      Thanks for the replyI think there is a bit of confusion its apex that has handed back the debt to barclaycard then she got a letter two days later from westcot saying they are in charge of it now. Do I still write westcot the account whilst sold letter?

                            My mum got a letter from Moorcroft today stating possible litigation
                            just sent them a reply now advising that Barclaycard stated that there were unable to provide copy of the agreement. And enclosed a copy This is the third debt collector now
