    Just when i thought it was all quite we get a letter from Apex Credit Management limited
    Have sent you a copy via email
    was wondering which letter to sent to them as i have already sent them the ' copy document supplied letter

              Hope you are well

              sent you a pm my mother has received a letter from Apex Credit control.
              they basically sent a letter before xmas stating the account was in dispute with Barclaycard etc... they then sent a reply saying that they were going to investigate my mums complaint!!!

              got the following letter today and wondered what your thoughts were as a reply

                Hiya, is this the same account that barclays wrote and said they couldn't find the original agreement? Can you send me a copy of that letter again as i need to check prior to advising what to do in respect of the recent letter from Apex - plus you do have a whole 28 days before they add your mums account back to collection -

                  mum has two accounts with Barclays its the other one they say they cant find. Also received a letter from Debt Manager Limited for the one they said they couldn't find sent them a account in dispute letter.

                        Hiya, ok thanks for clearing this up. regards to the other account, if anyone contacts you then you send the template I advised along with a photocopy of the letter confirming they cannot find the agreement - nothing else. You must listen to this, only send this: ---> CCA Query - Letter Previously Confirming No CCA and a copy of the letter - nothing else!

                            my mum received a letter from Debt Managers Limited this morning advising that they have passed the debt back to Barclaycard. We will see who they pass it over too next
