        Re: Oscars WatNest UE Diary.

Had phone call other day - just vague message to call X back. So did so - bloke from Whorecroft. Funnily enough, had letter from them also same day! Was a threat-o-gram intended litigation bollocks with usual threats "if we gain judgement and" (inportant word there - IF!

Straight off told them of dispute and that NW had not send CCA. Wanted to know if there was a dispute YES. Then wanted to know how long accout open Not sure, well over ten years. Then if the balance was disputed from charges and interest and how much YES, dont know how much, NW wont correspond with me further (truth) and wont provide CCA (truth - they only provided badly copied T&Cs from numerous accounts)

Anyway, DCA is now asking them for CCA (but "I might have to pay a £1 fee - yeah, right!)

        Watch this space!

This is getting to be mildly amusing now!

Whorecroft have written back saying they have been in contact with Natwest, but I need to contact them for the CCA. I have already done this and they refused saying they had done so before (was actually T&Cs sent)

Time to remind Whorecroft of their resposibilities I think!!

                Only just say this matey.

So you would ignore rather than point point out the relevant sections of CCA74 - 175 / 189 - who is the creditor etc.

Being you're not paying anyway, i'd leave it mate - let them make more errors.... but it's up to you, you know the act as well so make the best call - i'll go with whatever you decide cos really, you'll baffle them if you start plying on s.175 / s.189 - they aint used to us picking up on the finer points - ie you're wasting your time me thinks

I'll leave it then matey. Wait for their next phone call, the irritate and confuse the phone monkey that calls me with the said sections. Cos lets face it, they wont know how it was assigned.

Mate they won't even understand assignment - ask them about absolute or partial assignment and what the main principle of difference is and see their reaction

                        Hiya Matey

Just spotted on another thread - the enough is enough letter - is it worth sending to these muppets who keep writing with idle threats and when I request documents they refer to NW who have already advised no further correspondence.

I know I could leave it - but I would like someone to confirm, we cant do diddly!

Well, I have an update. And it would appear not to be good news. (apparently - those DCAs apparently know their stuff)

Apparently, the documents supplied (that Moorcroft have never actually sent me) are FULLY compliant with CCS rules.

Followed by please call us and pay us!!

                            LOL

Sorry its confusing mate, but it has confused the shit out of me too.

That is exactly what their letter says "...the documents supplied are fully compliant within the CCS rules...."

They then go on to say they look forward to my proposals for repayment.
