Re: Oscars Natwest UE Diary.
OK, letter from Sols now recieved. So to recap all here (rather than read back)
Originally sent CCA 10/08 and got back photocopied/microfiched T&Cs stats, etc. Cont to pay at this point.
03/10 stopped paying due to financial probs - eventually passed to moorcraft (after in house triton) who gave up with all my letters CCA etc. They did tell me to contact natwest who had already given final repsonse prev (with second CCA when they said not doing anything cos we did it in 10/08)
Is now with Wescot (since july ish) who have not been too harsh to be fair who have, now, got Nelson Guest and Partners to write to me, with discount offer, which needs to be taken pretty quick. If I cant take advantage then maybe they can come to an arrangement. Letter mentions a couple of times "....further action will be taken..." (no bold).
Natwests prev letter (can send if needed Nid) is correct (as far as I know) in that they have, essentially complied by giving, stats, T&Cs, prev T&Cs etc, and that they dont have to provide an original document with names addresses signatures etc. HOWEVER, the "historic" T&Cs are largely illegible (circa 90%), appear to relate to more than one account (as some did back then) AND I cant see any reference to fees (O/L late etc) on there. so that part fails.
Just a little worried with them now having a solicitor on board.
Need naything else matey, let me know!
