    Well, Apex have written - again.

    Have spoke to them briefly on phone a couple of times - just to state there is an outstanding dispute regards the agreement etc.

    Letter says they have passed my comments on to NW, who in turn have advised them that "all the correct documents have been issued to me" and that "I am liable..."

    However, they ask if I can contact them to confirm "which parts of the documents are illegible". How about "no" and "all of it"

    Filed under "D" - for door wedge

      Just realised.

      Wednesday was 6 years post default date!

      So now passed last payment date and default date, this is definitely barred!
