Thought it had all gone quiet. Had a couple of calls from "TCS" today - first time I said I'd never heard of them and put the phone down. On the second call when I was telling them to get lost, then told me the full company name and yes it's Triton. I said I only deal by letter, they said they had no record of that. Anyway they said their solicitor will be in touch - let them. Must say the chap on the phone had obviously been kicked out of charm school.
Must make a note of the phone number to avoid!

I am sure I have already sent this, will double check though, I might be getting my DCAs mixed up.... they're all 1 so it's difficult not to get them mixed up....

Telephone harrassment letter sent! It had all been a bit quiet on the Nat West front for a while, I guess they're having another go now ... oh well the peace and quiet was too good to be true. Think Triton or one of their aliases/agents might have tried today - different number but from the same postal area.... ; ignored them... ;-)

Got a message to call "EQL" today, on ringing them sounds like they are a DCA. I wouldn't go through security so no idea who they are acting for but I guess I'll get a letter to tell me...

LOL, why would you ring anyone that uses initials - this means they are a DCA!!! Buchanan clark & wells (BCW) Moorcroft Credit Limited (MCL) Try-it-on - Triton Credit Solutions (TCS) - they all use them even though that aint their real bloody name!!!

Blimey that was a quick reply, the ink was hardly dry!!

Aha I'd never heard of them before. As soon as I rang and they wouldn't say what it was about, I presumed they were a DCA so I declined to continue. Wonder who they're acting for. For the ones I've received CCA stuff for, you've declared all the pre-2007s UE. I still haven't got a CCA for MBNA or CoOp so presume it isn't them. Bet it's NatPest. I sent Triton a don't-call-me letter so they're probably getting someone else to hassle me instead.
