        Hi W2DN!

        Good to see a few coming up UE for the time being as you hoped. Once they're all back and you know which are UE and which aren't, then post up in the DMP section and I'll do all I can to help get things set up with you.

        Even better is you're now escaping the nightmare you were living and retaking control of everything. This will continue with the enforceable ones - it is not for them to tell you what they want, it's for you to tell them what you're going to pay. Obviously it needs backing by evidence, but we'll worry about that when the time comes.

          Many thanks Niddy 3 out of 4 is'nt bad and 4 out of 5 upto now even better, will get the letters sent tomorrow by recorded, also many thanks Caspar, yes its a lot better now we have taken control and seem to be getting somewhere, with the help from this fantastic site and it's members thanks again.
