This is making steady headway now, I bet you're beginning to feel a bit better for having made the decision to tackle them.

I love the sheer cheek of these people. You send them a request which under statute law they are obliged to respond to; in return they demand an IE form which only a judge can demand.

Unbelieveable!

This is unenforceable as the terms do not link to anything, they could be from anywhere for any product so right now respond with this and presume it is

This was only done in 2007 and shows the tick-in-the-box (ie online application) - totally enforceable i'm afraid



Just sit tight with this for now and add it to any other enforceable ones at the end.....
