14/07/11 Received letter stating "I have received a letter regarding your account. The letter was not signed and as a result I am unable to undertake the action requested. Please sign the letter in space or call us etc." Ignoring for now until further advice is given

Still ignoring upon re reading this letter it is dated 5th July and we didn't send the CCA request until the 7th July therefore assuming they are replying to the CCCS letter do we still have to send the CCA request - Demand of Signature by Ceditor letter.

I need the original few pages with the agreement, so the cover letter and the first 4-5 pages

The terms are not that important as Egg agreements are pretty much all the same.....

This is unenforceable as they have not included terms from account inception - the application clearly links to terms, yes - however notice (just above the signature box) it mentions terms 1.1 ^ 1.2 which relate to personal information - well there are no terms from 1-5 being the original Egg agreements contained these on the actual signatory page - yours is an old Boots card issued by Egg thus these terms will never have appeared on page 1 thus this is totally unenforceable and will remain so unless the comply by sending original terms.

Thus respond with this: CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms

Obviously you'd need to cease repayments, as it suggests you are up to date - are you? Are you defaulted anywhere else? Obviously in cessation of payments, you'll get defaulted so it's up to you now you, know this is actually unenforceable, what you do.
