The letter is a Pre-escalation letter and it states.
I have attemted to contact you on numerous occasions regarding the overdue payment on your account.
As the payment is now seriously overdue it is essential that you make a payment to prevent further action being taken on your account.
You can pay by CC or DB over the phone on 0844 XXX XXXX, or you can pay at paypoint or the post office.
As a result of this letter we have applied a fee of £12.00 for administration purposes to you account, due to the substantial amount of effort i have made in trying to contact you.

I have noticed that since i started U/E from the Halifax i haven't had one letter chasing me for payment??? is this normal its been 5 weeks too. Not that i am bothered :-)
