Thanks for the info. Wasn't sure as been paying them for quite a while so felt a bit odd to change. Cheers

Moorcroft only administer on behalf of Lloyds they are not debt purchasers it seems, with a CCJ if notified by Lloyds then you need to pay Moorcroft, seems bally silly as Moorcroft make the money and lloyds coffers reduce due to Moorcroft need paying for services rendered. The whole Debt collection involving Banks who just write off or farm out collection duties stinks in regards shareholders, in Lloyds case we the Public.

Letters this week from Lloyd's and moorcroft. Our Lloyd's account is NOT UE and has a CCJ on it. They are passing it over to moorcroft to administer....is that allowed as part of a CCJ as they want us to cancel and set up payment with them. ???

I've had the same letter from Cabot. I hadn't sent a CCA request but had sent SWID in November last year. It took them until March to say that OC had sent me the information in 2010. I don't mind if it takes that long to get a reply again

Letter today saying Cabot will request details from MINT CARD (RBS) and be back in touch. They acknowledge 12 day limit for CCA but may take up to 40 days to get from original lender.......we'll take your time as we know what they have is UE.

As you're writing to them anyway I would send the SWID at the same time.

    Ref our mint card u.e.
Had several phone call messages recently from Cabot both home and at work! I Have the harassment letter ready to go. Do we need to send sold in dispute now as per all the other DCA s this has gone through? Just looked back on our original diary post and this one was UE as missing prescribed t and c's?

You may find that they send two or three letters before you need to reply. Given the amount of accounts they have recently purchased it may take them a bit of time to come back to you.

Each day is a day closer to SB
Thanks both, will wait n see. Cheers.

I'd wait a while; they seem to have purchased a lot of these.

Recently got letter stating Cabot now have the mint card debt. We last paid on this in June 2011 as part of a debt management plan which we stopped and niddy declared this one u.e. Had several DCA s but nothing for ages. Do we send sold in dispute or sit tight.
