wow has it been that long June OMG time has flown by.....Anyway just an update I have new best friends in the form of Robinson Way they have started harrasing me daily with phone calls. I refused to pass security and told them to write to me instead, to which the guy then read out my address to me asking if it was mine tut tut. Anyway I am sending the account in dispute and please stop calling me letters on monday. Hopefully they will do the trick. They just sent me a standard we may or could advise our client letter.
Anyway hope everyone is well and things arnt getting to many down :-)

If it's with Robinson Way I wouldn't be unduly concerned. They are not known for having the best portfolio of debts to collect.

this is the 3rd DCA to have this debt and im still yet to see any paperwork, these ones just seem to be slightly more unproffesional than the others they are still asking for me in my maiden name which is a joke as ive been married years lol and made everyone aware at that time

ok Robinson Way have ignored my sold in dispute letter and are wasting a rainforest with letters and calls is there another letter I can send or judt resend the sold in dispute letter please :-)

no just do not ignore etc, this wont go away and we may advise our client

They won't "advise their client". Not particularly good at thier jobs are Robbin Dogs. You may find they will refer this on to their "letterheads for rent" solicitors named Horwich Farrelly. Please do not panic if and when this happens, just come back to us here as this will normally be the last but one communication before they return the account to the original creditor.

thanks all its been returned twice before so im guessing that Rob Way are not going to have anymore luck producing paperwork that clearly doesnt exsit anymore

will send out letter and await their reply :-)

letter from my best mates they no longer want to play and have retreated perminantly, guess I will just sit and wait untill someone else picks up the batton and peace resides again ;-)

Have the DCA returned the account back to the OC now then?
