            Letter dated 21/6/11 recd from Bryan Carter, Solicitors saying pay or proceedings issued without further notice or you can still pay Fredrickson International. Do I need to send a letter to this one please? refers to Capital One cc (ue).

                sending letter 11/7/11 Threat by Creditor to Commence Litigation
                Also recd letter dated 4/7/11 from Fredrickson saying one last chance to pay/ will accept f&f settlement. Do I need to send a letter as well to Fredrickson or just file?

                      I have received 2 letters
                      2/7/11 DG Sols saying may take legal action/ccj contact us immediately
                      5/7/11 Metropolitan saying looking into the matters I have raised - response within 10 days.

                      Do I need to respond to these or just wait for next one?

                                recd letter 13/7/11 dated 11/7/11 from Metropolitan saying final response, no doorstep collectors will call at my address & Account has been passed to D.G.Solicitors.
                                I assume just to file this as I have already recd a letter from D.G.Sols which I have filed away.
