                    Re: Butterfly's Unenforceable Diary

                    Hi ,
                    I was going to start my son an ue diary but the cc RBS date of account opened is 9/11/2007. I assume this is too late a date to try for unenforceability? Moorcroft is chasing the debt, but they havent sent any cca, just said to contact RBS for one and enclosed a £1 cheque. Any thoughts on this please?

                              they use the phrase 'May' call at the door, or issue legal proceedings, ccj or bailiffs......"its a threat scare tactic basicly".........if Niddy/if its been confirmed as being UE, then no need to worry about it for the time being.

                              * Just File away
                              * Niddy or someone more clued up will check when they gets around to reading posts, please bare in the meantime.

                              * No need to worry - enjoy your weekend, its a long slow process
