It should really have been sent in 2007 as you missed 7 consecutive payments.

I found that I had 7 consecutive missed payments in 2007, so I'm under the impression this should have been defaulted back then and would be off my record.
so has anyone got any advice on what to do next?
so finally litttlewoods have sent me a default notice which will take effect on 22/08/2016 if I don't pay the full balance(only been paying this on a dmp for over 10 years). so do I sit tight for now or is there something I need to send?
    thanks in advance.

Yep. Don't chuck things away - just don't reply to everything.

Always keep a copy of letters received. Harassment is still valid as an argument in its own right

Just a suggestion, I know people say bin, use as toilet paper etc but in reality I would keep every letter/email they send . You never know when they might be useful

ESPECIALLY if there is any sort of admission on them as to unenforceability.

I have every email/letter regarding anything to do with my debts all safely stored as hard copy and backed up in the cloud

18/03/16 - letter received from PRA group acknowledging cca request, they have requested the relevant documents and suspended collection on account until further notice- they have also returned the £1 postal order.
26/06//16 - they have sent some computer printouts but no other info at this time, they also say they will not contact me again until they have the rest of the info.
they sent what they have received so far as per my cca request, all they have sent so far are some computer printouts of what looks like statements covering from 2004-2008.the final page shows debt cleared money owed =0.00 but I guess that's when Lloyds sold the debt on.
