I've just thought of something that's may be worth noting.

If at all possible don't throw your statements away, or at least, the last 6 months.

I've found this very useful because mine confirmed when I last paid the OC and the date that late fees started to be applied and I knew that nothing had been paid after that time, thus confirming when I'd reached statute barred.

Congratulations. 4th July is my independence day all defaults will be gone and final ccj will be gone. (cant wait).
