they MAY and then they MAY NOT, who knows with Moorcroft, I'm still looking for the field agent they were sending to me,I have a lot of fields to choose from, but I won't go into the field with the Bull in it, ooerrr, he could be in there!!!!!

YOU need to apply for s.78 otherwise it's although a request was never done.

Send off your own s.78 with £1 fee. Then email me what they send back. Forget everything historic - it's not relevant (as you didn't do a request)....

Likely to be UE as the salespeople didn't (by default) give you the terms at the time, they usually said "terms will follow with the card" - uh-oh. That's naughty

Have scanned the PO and its receipt. Used AAD template for s.78 and its off recorded Monday!
Will email whatever they send back!

Not to my knowledge.
It was a in store promotion. Filled in by the store. Just sign here Sir.
M&S sent s.78 off of their own back. (ironically they actual later sent a different version later)
1st Credit also sent s.78.
I have never raised a formal s.78

This was with WESCOT DEC 2015 Recorded Delivery s.78 Request (now an outstanding)
MAR 2016 MOORCROFT ".. We have been instructed by HALIFAX.." ".. Both our client and we do not wish to take further debt recovery action but if agreement cannot be reached by 28/03/16 we may have no alternative.."
