    Re: Morris83 Debt Diary

Quick question Tesco keep ringing but never leave a voice mail. Today they left a voice mail asking me to contact them. Is it worth contacting them or ignore them. I'm still in the same financial position thanks

Apex are toothless idiots who send a few letters then crawl back into the woodwork. The Apex-Wescot-Freds merry go round of debt collectors that RBS use is great for spinning things out towards SB...

                              Re: Morris83 Debt Diary

Hi all I thought I should give an update. Apex credit seem to have disappeared after 5 letters and tesco are still threatening further action but have not sold the debt on to debt collectors yet. I have moved area and I am about to start a new career finally which pays quite well but still not enough to afford repayments. Should I contact my creditors to update my address or contact them about payment or should i continue to ignore them? I haven't acknowledged payment or debt since last October so not sure what's best. As always thanks for your advice ☺

Probably best to get a mail diversion..... Certainly for a year.

In time, using CRA Tracing processes they'll link to your new address anyway and by then the mail divert will have ceased.
