Money Plus received our SAR on 02 December and we have not heard from them at all. The £10 cheque included has not been cashed as of yet.

no idea why Money Plus haven't responded yet it seems they are not going to.

They have no choice - they must deal with your SAR within 40 days otherwise you report them to the ICO --> https://ico.org.uk/concerns/getting/y

11/01/16 is the 40 day deadline, if we haven't heard from them by then I will go ahead with your instruction.
